WESTERN AVENUE, NEWPORT

6 bedroom house, purchased in October 2017 which is now a 4 person home for supported living.

PROSPECT HILL, WHITBY

6 bedroom house, purchased in November 2017. To be converted and adapted into 4 self contained apartments for supported living.

CHEPSTOW ROAD, NEWPORT

Bed & breakfast guest house just outside the city centre. purchased in July 2018 and is currently being converted into 3 self contained apartments and 3 shared units with communal facilities.

DEEPDALE, TELFORD

Five bedroomed detached property in Telford. Purchased in January 2019 and is currently being converted into four fully self contained flats and one self contained studio flat. We worked in close conjunction with the local Occupational Therapists to ensure both ground floor flats would fully meet the needs of two wheelchair users, one of whom required the flat to be adapted to bariatric standards. Here ceilings had to be strengthened so as to ensure safe transfer by hoist, and to ensure freedom of movement close attention was paid to all the internal dimensions. None of the tenants are able to live completely independently but Deepdale is designed so everyone here can live as independently as possible, secure in the knowledge that 24/7 is staffing available when they require support and assistance.

MAGNOLIA DRIVE, TELFORD

Six bedroomed detached property in Telford. The four young people who will live here have been together through school and on into further education. Due to the level of need this is a 24/7 service, each person has their own bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the house they share, with a lounge, a conservatory and a large games room we have ensured there is plenty of space for them to spread out and do their own thing.

PURE HOLDERNESS, HULL

Not everyone can or wants to live in a flat on their own, whilst others are able to live fully independently but for a variety of reasons they need to live within a more supportive environment. At Pure Holderness we have specifically designed the property so everyone is afforded maximum personal space and independence, whilst ensuring each person receives the correct level of support. For those who are as yet unable to live in a fully self contained flat, there are three studio flats each with their own bathrooms and mini kitchens, these tenants also have access to a large communal kitchen and living area. The four fully self contained flats enable the tenants to live as independently as possible secure in the knowledge that 24/7 staffing is there for the times they require it.
