Cube Specialised Supported Housing brings together an experienced team to deliver supported housing solutions – from standard housing through to highly-adapted schemes, and everything in-between.
We work with local authorities and providers across the social and health care sectors to provide bespoke housing solutions for people – often with complex requirements.
Our 20 years of experience has taught us that there is no shortcut to success. It is only by having a deep understanding of the needs of a person that helps us to create the perfect home. That’s why we have specialist social workers as well as property specialists in our team.
Project Management
We have a dedicated in-house team of technical and building specialists who design and carry out all building works to registered provider and disability-compliant standards.
Funding
Caring Places provide all necessary monies to purchase and adapt the property. There is no requirement for the local authority or care provider to make any contribution.
Costs
We do not charge for any aspect of our service as everything that we do is entirely at our own risk.
