Begin search for property upon agreement and sign-off of housing specification.

Work together with care provider/local authority to find perfect property.

Care provider/local authority provides proof that Commissioning Authority is fully supportive of proposed scheme.

Proposal presented to Housing Benefit Department to get principal agreement to pay rent.

Complete purchase and carry out any necessary works (approximately six months).

Property is completed.
